Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Salamah ibn 'Alqamah, from Ibn Sirin, who said: Whoever buys a garment with a condition, then sells it for a profit (murabahah) before he has taken possession of it, then the profit belongs to the owner of the garment.
