Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2816

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from Muhammad, he said: Whoever buys a sale with a condition, then sells it before he has acquired it (fully), then whatever profit is in it, it belongs to the first (seller).
