Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2822

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a group of people who are partners in a house, and some of them buy from others: He said, "The others do not have the right of pre-emption (shuf'ah)."
