Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Mus'ab ibn Thabit, he said: I heard 'Ata' narrating that a man pledged a horse to a man, and it died in his possession. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to the pledge-taker: "Your right has gone."
