Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi’b narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The pledge (al-rahn) shall not be forfeited. It belongs to the one who pledged it; he gets its benefit (ghunm), and he bears its liability (ghurm)."
