Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, from Shurayh, who said: The testimony of a son for his father is not permissible, nor [is the testimony of] a father for his son, nor a wife for her husband, nor a husband for his wife.
