Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked Al-Hakam about the testimony of a Jew against a Christian and a Christian against a Jew. Al-Hakam said: The testimony of the people of one religion against another is not permissible.
