Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2933

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’ida narrated to us, from Isma’il, from al-Sha’bi, from Shurayh, who said: "Any woman who is settled with [a payment] in exchange for her share [of inheritance], while it was not made clear to her what her husband left behind, then that is all suspicion/doubt."
