Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, who said: Umar ibn al-Khattab sent a judge, and two men disputed before him regarding a dinar. He said: So he gave it to one of them, and he gave the other a dinar from his own possession. That reached Umar, so he sent for him and dismissed him.
