Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2970

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, who said: When the pledgee takes possession of the pledge, and then the pledger dies while he has a debt, he (the pledgee) is more entitled to it than the creditors until he is paid in full.
