Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Abu Hurrah, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said: "Shall I guide you to the sale of such and such, and you make my brother a partner?" He said: "The sale is by mutual consent."
