Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:303

'Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Hakim ibn Ruzayn, from his father, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib regarding [the exchange of] wheat for flour: He said, "It is usury."
