Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Siwar ibn ‘Abd Allah, he said: I said to Rabi‘ah: "Your statement regarding the testimony of one witness and the oath of the claimant?" He said: "It was found in the book of Sa‘d."
