Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ and Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, they said: Abu ‘Awanah narrated to us, from Ash’ath ibn Abi al-Sha’tha’, who said: A wall belonging to a man fell between him and his neighbor, so his neighbor disputed with him before Shurayh. He did not permit him [to force the other] to build it, and he said to his neighbor: "Go and cover yourself."
