Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Awn narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, regarding a man who said to another man: "If I do not bring you your right by such-and-such [time], then my house is yours." Shurayh said: "If his hand misses his foot, he shall pay a penalty."
