Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Hasan ibn Salih narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, al-Qasim ibn al-Walid, and Ibn Shubruma, regarding a man who says: "If I do such and such, then my slave is free, or my wife is divorced," then he sells the slave or divorces the wife, and then he breaks his oath. They said: The manumission and the divorce are binding upon him.
