Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Ibn al-Musayyib, regarding a man who emancipated his slave and stipulated his service: He said: "When he emancipates him, his stipulation becomes void."
