Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3134

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Rahman, from al-Mughirah ibn Sa'd ibn al-Akhram, from his father, that a man came to Ibn Mas'ud and said: "I emancipated this slave-girl of mine and I stipulated upon her that she should attend to me as a slave-girl attends to her master, regarding the private parts, or he said: other than the private parts. Then, when she became arrogant, she said: 'I am free.'" He (Ibn Mas'ud) said: "That is not for her. Take her by her neck and take her away, for you have what you stipulated upon her."
