Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa'i, from Hammad, who said: If you sold food to a man for immediate payment, and he transported it to his house, then you rescinded the sale with him and took possession of it in his house, then if you wish, you may sell it to him on credit. And Qatada said: Do not buy it from him until you transport it to your house.
