Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3155

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Muhammad, who said: Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad was involved in a dispute before a judge, and he (the judge) ruled against him. Then that judge was dismissed, and another came in his place, and he (the new judge) would rule in favor of Al-Qasim. It was said to him, "If only you would dispute before him (the new judge)." He said, "No, for I have already disputed before a judge and he ruled against me."
