Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3161

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Khalid narrated to us, from Dawud bin Sinan, that a man bought a pomegranate orchard for eight hundred dirhams. He sold a portion of it for twenty dirhams, then he sold what remained for a profit (murabaha). His companion was informed of this, so he disputed with him before the governor of the market, and he (the governor) absolved him of it. He said: So I asked al-Qasim and Salim, and they both said: "This is not valid."
