Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Husayn ibn al-Harith, from Ali ibn Mudrik al-Nakha'i, that a man bought a slave girl from a man and did not find her to have teeth. He disputed with him before Shurayh. Shurayh said: "Your evidence that he sold her to you while she had no teeth, otherwise his oath by Allah that he sold her to you while she had teeth."
