Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, he said: I asked Hammad about a man who is in a house for a period of time, then some people come and establish evidence that it belonged to their grandfather. He said: "No, not until they testify that it belongs to him today."
