Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, that he was asked about a man who has a *kurr* of wheat owed to him by another man. He said: "This is a *kurr* that I have measured; may he take it by his [own] measurement?" He said: "If he wishes, he may take it by his measurement."
