Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, regarding a man who bought an item from a man. He said: "If I do not bring you the price by such-and-such [time], then there is no sale between me and you." He said: "It is not a sale."
