Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Suwayd ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, he said: Abu ‘Awanah informed us, from Mughirah, regarding the man who has a witness along with his oath. They both said: It is not permissible except by the testimony of two men, or a man and two women. ‘Amir said: Indeed, the people of Medina accept the testimony of the witness along with the oath of the claimant.
