Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, from Shurayh, who said: The guarantee (covenant/warranty) of a Muslim is binding, even if it is not stipulated, provided there is no fraud, no hidden defect, no malice, and no blemish.
