Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3302

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubaydullah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan said: "There is no retraction in a gift except before the judge." And Ibn Abi Layla said: "He may retract it without the judge."
