Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3303

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, who said: If one confesses to something before the judge, then denies it, he is held to his confession, except for the prescribed punishment (hadd).
