Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3315

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Azhar al-Samman narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, from Muhammad, regarding a man who sold goods to a man, and he (the buyer) left them with him (the seller), then the buyer sold them. He said: The profit belongs to the first (the seller).
