Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: I heard Hasan ibn Salih say: The maintenance of the pledged item is upon the pledgee, because it is in his guarantee. And the statement of Abu Hanifah is that it is upon the pledger.
