Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, and Sulayman ibn Yasar, regarding a man who rents a house and then rents it out for more than what he rented it for. Two of them permitted it, and two of them disliked it.
