Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Awf, he said: Hisham ibn Hubayrah used to judge regarding whoever rented something, then rented it out for more than what he rented it for, that that excess belongs to its owner.
