Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3369

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith, that a man gave a slave girl to his mother as charity. Then he married a woman and drove her [the slave girl] to his wife. They disputed before Shurayh. He said to his mother: "Your son did not give away his charity."
