Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi, regarding two men who disputed over property that was between them, so they placed it in the hands of a neutral party. He said: The property remains in its state with the neutral party until one of them establishes evidence.
