Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:340

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hammad bin Zayd, from Abu Hashim, from Ibrahim, who said: If the pledger (rahin) and the pledgee (murtahin) disagree, then the statement is the statement of the pledger, unless the pledgee produces evidence.
