Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:3411

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Muhammad, that a man bargained with a man for a garment. A man said, "I will sell you the like of it for such and such." So he sold it to him. Then he went to the owner of the garment and bought it from him, then brought it to him, but he refused to accept it. He disputed with him before Shurayh. He (Shurayh) said, "You will not find anything more similar to it than it," and he enforced it upon him.
