Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak bin Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, regarding two men who inherited wealth and goods: [Can] one of them sell [his share] to his companion before they divide them? He said: Yes.
