Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Shabak, who said: A man disputed with his sister before Shurayh regarding jewelry that was in her possession. He (the man) said: "It is the inheritance of my father." So he (Shurayh) asked her for the evidence. He (the man) said: "No, rather I ask you for the evidence that it belongs to your father."
