Hadith 13:347

Ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I heard a man from Muzaynah asking the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, about fruits while they were still in their coverings (calyxes). He said: "Whoever eats with his mouth and does not take [in his garment/lap], there is nothing upon him."

حدثنا بن أبي زائدة عن محمد بن إسحاق عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده قال سمعت رجلا من مزينة يسأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الثمار ما كانت في أكمامها فقال من أكل بفيه ولم يتخذ [ خبنة ] فليس عليه شيء
