Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:349

Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from al-Ala’ ibn al-Musayyab, who said: I asked Hammad about that which falls from the palm tree [and] is not yours. He said: Ibrahim said, "The early Emigrants (Muhajirun) did not see any harm in eating it."
