Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:356

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham bin Sa’d, from ‘Amr bin Shu’ayb, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever passes by a garden, let him eat, but let him not carry anything away."
