Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:364

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "If you pass by palm trees or the like, and a wall has been built around them, do not enter them except with the permission of their owner. And if you pass by them in open land, then eat, but do not carry away."
