Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:401

Hushaym ibn Bashir narrated to us, from Sulayman al-Taymi, who said: I asked al-Hasan about the saying of the Exalted, "And bring witnesses when you trade." He said: Do you not see His saying, "Then if one of you trusts another"? Indeed, he used to consider that it had abrogated what was before it.
