Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from al-Rabi’ ibn Habib, from Nawfal ibn Abd al-Malik, from his father, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade hoarding (al-hukra) in the city.
