Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:442

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: If a man hands over goods to another man and says, "Whatever profit you make is yours," or "It is between me and you," then there is no harm in that.
