Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from a man, regarding the ruling on a man who gives a garment to a man and says, "Sell it for such and such, and whatever is in excess is between me and you." He said: There is no harm in it.
