Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:446

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik, from 'Ata', regarding a man who hands a garment to a man and says, "Sell it for such and such, and whatever is in excess is yours." He said: "If it is for immediate payment, there is no harm in it. But if it is on credit, there is no good in it."
