Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:460

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Abu Ma'bad, he said: I heard Jabir ibn Zayd being asked about a man who bought real estate, then he wanted to cancel the sale (iqala), but [the seller] refused. So he left for him ten dirhams or twenty dirhams, and he cancelled the sale for him. He said: There is no harm in that.
