Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Mutarrif, from al-Sha'bi, he said: If a man declares his slave-woman to be free after his death (tadbir), he is permitted to have intercourse with her.
